General

Bone broth is made by simmering or pressure-extracting animal bones (and often meat) for extended periods. The process extracts collagen, protein, minerals, and amino acids into a nutrient-dense liquid. Spring's method involves roasting bones first, then pressure extracting for maximum flavour and nutrition.
-
Three things:
(1) We roast bones before extracting, creating deep, rich flavour competitors don't achieve.
(2) We pressure extract instead of just simmering – maximising nutrition and concentration.
(3) Maintain concentration. What's extracted goes straight into the bottle. Result: 5.4g protein per 100g, against 2.4g to 3.2g for the leading alternatives.
-
Two ways:
(1) Heat gently in a pan or microwave (90 seconds) and drink as a warm beverage.
(2) Use as a base for cooking – soups, risottos, sauces, braising, deglazing pans.
-
Yes. Spring is whole food – Just bones, vegetables, herbs. Many customers drink 250ml daily as part of their morning, midday, or evening ritual.
-
Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days. Unopened, Spring lasts 3 months refrigerated. You can also freeze it for longer storage.
-
Yes. Just don't freeze it in the glass bottles, decant into freezer-proof containers first, like ice-cube trays or zip-seal freezer bags.
Nutrition
-
Our Blonde Chicken has 5.4g of protein per 100g (or 13.5g per 250ml bottle). This is the highest protein content in the UK bone broth category, more than double most competitors.
-
Yes. Collagen from bones breaks down during cooking into gelatin and amino acids (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline) that your body can absorb. Spring is collagen-rich due to our extended pressure extraction process.
